In my role as a Growth Product Manager, I've found that using the right tools is crucial for optimizing user experiences, driving growth, and ensuring effective team collaboration. Below, I’ve compiled a list of my favorite tools across various categories that significantly enhance my workflow.

Mixpanel is my go-to for tracking user engagement and retention. Its event tracking capabilities enable me to see how users interact with our product, allowing for data-driven decisions that improve user experience​.

UserTesting provides a platform for gathering qualitative insights from users. It allows me to conduct usability tests and interviews, revealing deeper motivations and pain points​

8. Juno

Juno is an AI research platform that interacts with real people to understand their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Much faster and cheaper than human-led research. Worth a try

9. Qualaroo or Appcues

Qualaroo offers powerful in-product survey tools to gather insights directly from users at the right moment in their journey. This immediate feedback is essential for real-time decision-making, enabling product improvements based on user needs. Similarly, Appcues allows for customized onboarding flows and in-app messaging to enhance user experiences and drive engagement​

For creating surveys, Typeform stands out for its simple and beautiful user interface, making it easy for respondents to engage with. Alternatively, SurveyMonkey is a tried and tested platform that offers robust features for survey creation and distribution, making it a reliable choice for gathering user feedback​
